Thanks for the advice....I truly appreciate it.
I went and looked at the other community today...it is so NOT worth the extra money. The rooms are teeny-tiny and there is a ton of wasted space...which bugs the crap outta me. And I would have to "upgrade" to any sort of window covering. Hell no, am I paying extra money for ridiculously-planned, yet smaller, square footage....only to get to pay out of my pocket for window blinds. Not this duck.
That being said, I'm not sure I'm ready to die on the previously-discussed hill. I've decided to "slow my roll" -- give it some time and some thought, and maybe buy an existing house in another part of Ubercity.
Right now, I know that I am exhausted and am in desperate need of some vegetation time.
